•Not more than 40 years old
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science , Human Resource Management or any Business courses
•At least 5 years experience of managerial experience in training development, organizational development, performance management, succession management, policy development/ process re engineering, change management, strategic management
•Has knowledge on training needs analysis, module design, and workshop implementation.
•Has good presentation, public-speaking, facilitation, and coaching skills.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills
•With strong project management skills
•Ability to multi-task deal with multiple issues at once and proven ability to work with all levels in the organization
•Proficient in MS Office
•Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
