| Description |
| •MALE, not more than 40 years old.
•Preferably graduate of any Business courses.
•CANDIDATE MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS FIELD MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS EXPERIENCE IN FOOD CHAINS AND SINGLE UNIT RESTAURANTS.
•Experience in Franchise Operations will be an added advantage.
•With effective people management and leadership skills.
•highly flexible and result-oriented.
•He must be a team player and with excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
•The Area Franchise Manager shall be responsible to oversee and handle the attainment of sales objectives and profitability targets of existing and future Minute Burgers Area Franchisees located in Luzon and North NCR Areas. He will plan, lead, organize, direct and control through the Area Operations Manager the smooth operation of all accredited MB franchisees to achieve the established Key Result Areas(KRAs) and goals.
